Can I ship my products to you?

Absolutely! If you're based in the US or Canada, you can use Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and Sendle Shopify shipping options and receive pre-negotiated rates. If you're based overseas just make sure, that your post and shipping services can ship the products to Canada.

Do you travel provincially within Canada?

Yes, I do. I can travel free of charge anywhere within Metro Vancouver or Lower Mainland. For provincial projects, I just add the travel fees to the initial cost.

How long does a project take to complete?

Every project is different and will require a different amount of time to complete. Generally speaking a pre-production phase can take 1-4 weeks, production is completed in 2-4 days and post production is completed in another 1-4 weeks, again depending on project and its needs. If you are needing it done by a certain date, be sure to let me know when you inquire.

I'm not sure if a video strategy is right for my business?

It is completely normal to have a few doubts. However, if you are finding your business is struggling to connect to your target audience or lacking leads, video strategy could be the key that unlocks the next door.

Do these video strategies really work?

Yes. They actually work really well. Depending on your goals and objectives for the campaign, I will not stop working until those outcomes are realized, at no additional cost.

Do you offer payment plans?

Short answer, yes. Depending on the scope of the project, payment plans are structured into monthly instalments. I do require a 50% deposit to get the ball rolling for smaller projects, and 10-15% for bigger ones.

I'm nervous about being on camera, how can I prepare?

It is completely normal to feel nervous. Most people are the first time they step on set. I will guide you through the ropes and help you feel relaxed. If you are being interviewed, read the interview questions a few days prior so you can generate some ideas about what you will say. If you are reading off a teleprompter, familiarize yourself with the script by reading it often or memorizing it.
